Here you will find details on the essential features of using your card and eccount, such as how to get balance alerts, move money or block your card. You can also make use of our online tools such as our ATM Locator
Ways to manage your money:
Simply log-in to your eccount online, call the automated telephone line, or by sending a text.
You must register your mobile number with us, in order to do so, please contact Customer Care. To manage your money by text you must have a UK registered mobile phone.

Notes: Amount indicates the money value and XXXX indicates the last 4 digits of the 16 digit card number.
This service only applies if cards are registered to the mobile number that the text is being sent from.
Balance updates by text: standard network rates apply when you text us. Text replies from us are FREE.
Block, unblock, lost and stolen card services are FREE of charge
Move money services: charged at 10p/€0.15/$0.20 each, in addition to your standard network charge
