How do I get my PIN?

Just call our secure automated PIN retrieval service and follow the 5 easy steps:

  1. Call +44 20 7070 4902 (020 7070 4902 in UK, calls charged a calls charged at local network rates in UK, network charges vary abroad, Customer Care open 9am-6pm, 7 days a week) 
  2. Enter your eccount number
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your card number
  4. Enter the 4 digit secret number that you provided at registration
  5. Memorise the PIN that is read out by our automated service

 

Can I change my PIN?

You can change your PIN at most ATMs in the UK. Simply insert your Tuxedo MasterCard® Prepaid Card and enter your exisitng PIN. If the option to change your PIN is available at the ATM you’re using, the instructions will show  as an option to select on the screen.
